An advisory council is being formed to discuss opening a senior day-care center. The City Council wants to look into establishing a satellite of Garden Grove’s Acacia Day Care Center, which presently serves Westminster seniors. The advisory council will meet Jan. 13 at 9 a.m. at the Senior Center, 8200 Westminster Blvd. Information: (714) 895-2878.
