The Prophet, The Times’ Pigskin Prognosticator, correctly picked 10 of the 15 high school championship football games last weekend, defeating guest Bill Cunerty by one game and one point.
Against guests over the 14-week season, The Prophet was 12-2, correctly picking 138 out of 200 games for 242 points while the guests were right on 119 and had 203 points.
The Prophet will be off until next fall--assuming his contract is renewed.
