The Planning Commission on Wednesday will discuss whether to grant a conditional-use permit to Weight Watchers North America Inc. for its facility on Katella Avenue. The permit would limit the number of people in a Weight Watchers class to 25. Mark Lloyd, city planning manager, said Weight Watchers had been operating at the address for about a year, but without the proper permit. The city discovered the error when Weight Watchers tried to renew its business license.
