One Place Ltd. Buys Broadcast Ministry

One Place Ltd., a subsidiary of Salem Communications Corp. in Camarillo, has acquired ICRN.com, a Christian media network, from the Domain Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Salem is a provider of radio, electronic and printed resources targeted to the Christian market. When combined with Salem Communications’ Christian portal, OnePlace.com, this acquisition expands OnePlace’s broadcast ministries to 120 from 60, more than double the size of its nearest competitor.
Company officials said that with the acquisition, OnePlace.com offers many of the top radio-based broadcast ministries, including Chuck Colson’s “Breakpoint,” Dennis Rainey’s “Family Life Today,” John MacArthur’s “Grace to You” and Chuck Swindoll’s “Insight for Living.”
