National Technical Systems Reports Increase in Income

National Technical Systems Inc., Calabasas, reported net income for the third quarter ended Oct. 31 of $423,000 compared to a net loss of $$373,000 for the same period last year.
Revenues fell slightly to $21 million compared to $23.2 million.
