FileNet and Aspec Form Joint Venture

FileNet Corp., a Costa Mesa software systems maker, said Monday that it has formed a venture with a subsidiary of Aspec Technology Inc. in Sunnyvale to provide online management systems for manufacturing organizations. Financial terms between FileNet and Inbox Software weren’t disclosed. FileNet said the companies agreed to develop joint sales initiatives and share resources in the venture.
