Zland.com Acquires Pair of Companies

ZLand.com, which provides Web-based business services, said Monday that it has acquired two companies to help it provide a wa for small and mid-sized companies to use the Internet to manage customer relationships and share knowledge.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
ZLand, based in Aliso Viejo, said it acquired ActionWare Corp. in Emeryville, Calif., and EMT Inc. in Atlanta. ActionWare is a management software developer, and EMT is a reseller of software and services and ActionWare’s main distributor.
