The City Council approved a $600,000 contract last week with Big Ben Construction Co. of Newport Beach to renovate Peppertree and Magnolia Tree parks.
Peppertree Park renovations include refurbishing the picnic shelter, constructing a picnic area, replacing the tot lot equipment and improving the Tustin Area Senior Center lounge and patio.
Magnolia Tree Park renovations include replacing the tot lot equipment and tennis court resurfacing. Restrooms in both parks also will be replaced.
