The city may change its criteria for organizations that apply for Community Services and Cultural Grants beginning next year. Council members last week asked city officials to review the current policy in the next 60 days to decide whether priority should still be given only to new programs and services or instead include requests for maintenance and equipment. This year the city gave $11,000 to community services organizations and $10,000 to cultural organizations.
