Applicants are being sought to serve on the Santa Ana Empowerment Zone’s resident advisory committee. The committee meets in the evening at various locations in the zone, and child care is provided during meetings. Committee members will offer program development ideas and funding recommendations to the zone’s governance board. Santa Ana was one of 15 cities selected nationally to receive up to $100 million over the next 10 years in federal funds for redevelopment. Information: (714) 667-2279.
