England’s Chumbawamba has finished recording its 11th album--but its first since the single “Tubthumping” turned it into an international pop sensation. Ever ready to bite the hand that fed it, the anarchic group reportedly turns a critical eye on American values on the new set, due in April. Look for a short tour at first (due to singer Alice Nutter’s expecting a baby, also in April), with a bigger trek to follow. A single will be released in February. . . .
