The American College Funding program will hold a free seminar to help college-bound students find the best way to fund their education on Dec. 9 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Denny’s Restaurant, 6901 Walker St. The seminar, “How to Get Thousands of Dollars More for Your Child’s College Education,” will provide information to students and their parents on how to locate and apply for grants and low-interest loans. Information on picking colleges with the best financial-aid packages and how to increase a college-bound student’s eligibility for financial aid will also be available. Reservations: (888) 909-0928.
