Re “Eliminating Additive Would Boost Gas Price, Report Says,” Nov. 23: Only in California does it raise the price of a gallon of gasoline when a clean-air additive is added yet also raise the price of a gallon of gasoline to have that same clean-air additive removed. We should all be as rich as the oil companies.
