Watts Center Exhibits Howard L. Bingham Photos

An exhibition by photographer Howard L. Bingham titled “1968: Black Panthers” is on display at the Watts Labor Community Action Committee Center, 10950 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles.
A special reception for the artist will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and the exhibition runs through July 4. Information: (323) 563-5639.
