* WPI Inc. has promoted Richard (Rob) Busch to general manager of its WPI/Viking division in Moorpark. Busch succeeds Terry Ward, who retired after four years as vice president and general manager.
Busch, who has been a Viking employee for 20 years, was the plant manager.
* Scott M. Norman has joined the law firm of Norman, Dowler, Sawyer, Israel & Hancock in Ventura, where he will specialize in civil litigation involving elder abuse, personal injury and health-care law.
An attorney for five years, Norman is a native of Ventura.
* Lynn Chase has been promoted to assistant vice president at Los Robles Bank. She has been with the bank since 1995 and has 20 years of experience in operations management.
Los Robles Bank has branches in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Camarillo.
