Fair to Showcase Books by Children

More than 14,000 books written by Ventura County schoolchildren will be on display Saturday during the Ventura County Reading Assn.’s 22nd annual Authors’ Faire.
In addition, authors David Birchman, Suzanne Ellison, Joan Graham, Fran Lantz and Alexis O’Neill will talk about writing and sign copies of their books, which will be available for purchase.
The Authors’ Faire will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at Blackstock Junior High School, 701 E. Bard Road. For more information, call Jan Comstock at 986-8720.
