Emulex Corp.: The Costa Mesa fiber channel technology company said net income for the third fiscal quarter totaled $1.4 million, or 20 cents a share, compared with a loss of $12.8 million, or $2.08 a share, a year ago. The previous figure included $11 million in consolidation charges. Revenue for the quarter ended March 28 increased 21% to $18.2 million from $15 million.
