Medstone Buys Creos

Medstone International Inc. said it has acquired Creos Ltd., a Scotland-based maker of X-ray generators. Terms were not disclosed. Aliso Viejo-based Medstone, which makes medical devices, said the Creos generators will be produced under the Medstone name.
