The City Council is in negotiations with the El Toro Reuse Planning Authority on an acceptable price to charge the city for membership.
City Manager Leslie Keane said the council expects to pay “significantly less” than the $260,000 asking price.
If the City Council and ETRPA agree on a figure, it will be presented at Wednesday’s City Council meeting and at ETRPA’s board meeting April 26.
