Roy Roudine of the Make-a-Wish Foundation will be the keynote speaker at this month’s Chamber of Commerce Luncheon on Thursday. The luncheon meeting for local business leaders, merchants and interested citizens will be held at the Red Robin, 12697 Beach Blvd. at noon. Reservations are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.
