** 1/2 Various artists, “Family Values Tour ‘98,” Epic. This Family Values Tour synopsis doesn’t capture the concerts’ circus-like atmosphere, but it cuts to the quick of the music, paring it down to “best of” mini-sets. Korn, Ice Cube and Limp Bizkit hit hardest, Orgy’s set is serviceable, and Incubus gets in one good lick, as does Rammstein with its ubiquitous “Du Hast.” Not quite like being there, but that’s not necessarily bad.
