With the city plugging into the 21st century with new, Y2K-compliant computers, the City Council will decide at Tuesday’s meeting whether to donate the outdated models to nonprofit organizations or to sell them. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. in chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
