Dot: “Outrageous! Thirteen dollars for fire-safety brush clearance! I didn’t vote for this!”
Max (sputtering): “Yeah, whadda they think we are, rich?”
Dot (happily changing subjects): “I see where the Smiths just sold their home for $750,000. Values are finally back where they belong!”
Max: “And the Dow over 10,000!!”
