The Mile and E Zone are the two finalists picked by the City Council this week for a new name of the Entertainment Corridor. The city hired a Santa Monica-based marketing firm in January to help officials come up with a name that would attract more people to the stretch of Beach Boulevard that includes Knott’s Berry Farm, Movieland Wax Museum and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. The marketing firm will now ask business owners for reaction to the names, and the council will set a date to give final approval.
