* “Nature’s Original Impressionists”--The Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits unveils its first art display, a photography exhibition of images found in asphalt from the tar pits, including Richard F. Wheeler’s “Smilodon Eyes,” above. Free with museum admission.
* “Artfull Days: American Art After World War II”--Images from the artistic climate of post-World War II America and the birth of Abstract Impressionism will be displayed today at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.
* Doll Cirque--A doll auction and antique doll show featuring dolls from more than 30 merchants and dealers will be held beginning Friday at the Universal City Hilton.
