Believe in Magic? The Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce does. GLAAACC has selected Magic Johnson Enterprises as its African American business of the year. The group will honor the former basketball star turned businessman Thursday night at an awards dinner at the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown. Secretary of Labor Alexis M. Herman will be the keynote speaker for the black-tie event.
