Pacific Softworks Files for Stock Offering

Pacific Softworks in Newbury Park has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to offer 800,000 units of common stock at $5.25 per share, for a total of $4.2 million.
The company also is offering warrants to purchase an additional share of common stock at $7.50 per share. The warrants are redeemable under certain conditions if the common stock exceeds $8 per share.
Pacific Softworks licenses Internet and Web-related software, offers development tools for the Internet and provides consulting and software customization services.
