Anaheim Project

* Some have said that only Disney is opposed to the Pointe Anaheim Project. As a longtime Anaheim resident and business owner, I can tell you that is not the case.
It’s important to remember that current resort area plans are the product of seven years of public input and planning, including an environmental impact report. However, Pointe Anaheim is being proposed without the benefit of such review or input. This development would dramatically increase traffic, possibly causing gridlock at Harbor Boulevard and Disney Way. Adequate mitigation with street improvements and more parking seem to be necessary.
Without a full environmental review, our vision to revitalize the resort area is being jeopardized. These amendments will take us right back to the old Harbor Boulevard of cluttered signage.
