The Irvine Health Foundation recently granted $49,902 to Latino Health Access. The nonprofit, community-based organization will use the money to provide healthful-living programs to those in the 92701 ZIP Code of Santa Ana. Studies show that chronic disease rates are high and that health indicators in general are poor in the largely Latino neighborhood.
The Irvine Health Foundation is a nonprofit grant-making group that aims to improve the health of Orange County residents. Information: (714) 253-2959 or https://www.ihf.org.
