Homeowners with exceptionally green thumbs will be honored through a program being launched this month by Fullerton Beautiful, a nonprofit beautification group. The first four recipients of the award are Harry F. Might, Joe Vallin, Melinda Rathmell and Gerald Duensing. They will be recognized by the City Council at Tuesday’s meeting, which begins at 4 p.m. at City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. Information: (714) 525-1332.
