Kamisha Morrison and Ilona Varga, both of Anaheim, were recently honored by the Friends of Alzheimer Caregivers, a private nonprofit organization based in Los Alamitos, for their commitment and excellence in professional care giving, said board member Diana Eastman. Morrison, a certified nursing assistant, and Varga, a personal care attendant, received the regional 1999 Caring Touch honors at the organization’s annual conference last month. Each received $1,000 and a plaque.
