Farmer’s Death

I was sad to learn of the recent death of Anaheim strawberry farmer Hiroshi Fujishige, who for decades refused to sell his 56 acres to Disney and other land-hungry developers.
Now that his farm is finally being sold, remember John Lennon’s haunting lyrical song, “Strawberry Fields Forever?”
