Leon, who finished first at the Orange County Invitational two weeks ago, continued his championship form with a time of 15 minutes 6 seconds to win the team sweepstakes race Saturday at the 51st Mt. SAC Invitational. His time was among the 50 best ever recorded over the rugged three-mile course.

* Brea Olinda, junior. Blocked a kick that was returned for touchdown in opening minutes and Wildcats rolled to 38-10 victory over Western.

* Trabuco Hills, junior. After roughing the kicker call, he drilled 30-yard field goal with four seconds left in 10-7 victory over Mission Viejo.
Carl Ulrich/Water Polo/Two-Meter
* Mission Viejo, senior. Tallied 12 goals in three games last week, including back-to-back five-goal performances.
