All Space Leased at Former Nabisco Site

All 515,000 square feet of the former Nabisco building in Oxnard have been leased.
Since the sale of the building at 1500 E. 3rd St. in December to Harry Ross Industries and Brown Jordan International, tenants that have leased space are Casual Living Worldwide, Technicolor and Harbor Freight Tools.
Casual Living, a patio furniture manufacturer, relocated from another site in Oxnard and occupies 195,000 square feet of the building. Technicolor leased 90,000 square feet of the site, and Harbor Freight Tools will occupy the remaining 230,000 square feet to expand its Camarillo-based tool distribution operations.
The Harbor Freight and Casual Living contracts were the two largest industrial leases signed in Ventura County in the last five years, according to CB Richard Ellis in Ventura.
Because of the success in procuring tenants for the site, the owners plan to build an additional 250,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility on adjacent land.
