Diamondback Bicycles Is Business Park’s 1st Tenant

Diamondback Bicycles has leased a 132,500-square-foot building in Camarillo from Centex Development Co.
Terms of the multiyear lease were not disclosed.
Diamondback, which will use the facility for warehousing and distribution, manufactures bicycles and health-related equipment. The lease makes Diamondback the first company to occupy the 65-acre industrial business park under construction at Flynn Road and the Ventura Freeway.
The lease was arranged by Capital Commercial/NAI.
