Nettles Treated, Released

Birmingham High running back Orlando Nettles was released from Granada Hills Hospital late Friday night after being treated for a bruised sternum, Patriot Coach Dave Lertzman said.
Nettles was injured in the third quarter of Birmingham’s game at Granada Hills. After Nettles was tackled, he stood up, then collapsed while holding his chest. The game was delayed 20 minutes while paramedics attended to him.
Granada Hills won the game, 32-6.
