The city is seeking federal aid to repair El Nino-related storm damage. The City Council has approved seeking reimbursement of $14,627 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help cover about $18,000 in local damage, including road problems at Bradford and Madison avenues and wind and water damage to Tynes Gym at Tuffree Park.
