Council members Tuesday will revisit a proposed skate park at Harvard Community Athletic Park or another site. A hearing on the issue will include an update on the council’s negotiation with the Irvine Company for 2 acres to be used for parking. The park may or may not be supervised. The council meets at 1 Civic Center Plaza at 5:30 p.m.
