Discussion Will Cap Asian Pacific Month

A monthlong celebration of Asian Pacific Island Heritage Month will conclude Thursday with a round-table discussion on Asian Americans in Santa Ana, sponsored by the Santa Ana Unified School District.
Since the beginning of May, schools across the district have been holding special assemblies and teaching subjects with Asian and Asian American themes.
Representatives from Asian and Pacific Islander community service and business organizations in Santa Ana will give presentations on their work and talk about the issues facing the diverse populations in Santa Ana.
