Contract OKd for New City Attorney

The City Council has officially approved a contract to hire David Hirsch as the new city attorney.
Hirsch, who will begin work April 13, will be paid $108,000 a year.
Currently Lompoc’s city attorney, Hirsch will replace John Torrance, who is retiring after 14 years with Simi Valley.
