WESTMINSTER — Police sought clues Saturday in the fatal shooting of a man outside a popular late-night cafe.
Dung Nham, 20, was shot multiple times by someone using a large caliber handgun outside the Dong Khanh restaurant shortly after 2 a.m. Friday, said Lt. Mike Schlisky.
Investigators interviewed more than 40 restaurant patrons who might have witnessed the shooting, but no suspects have been arrested.
Nham, who police believe was living in Westminster, was sponsored to come to the United States from Vietnam by a Texas family, Schlisky said.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Det. Terry Selinska or Det. Richard Mize at (714) 898-3315, Ext. 336 or 340.
