The Voice Is Honored in Press Competition

The Voice, the biweekly newspaper of Irvine Valley College, has won a third-place award from the Associated Collegiate Press in the Newspaper of the Year competition.
The paper was cited for general excellence in the two-year college, non-weekly category, racking up the paper’s third award in as many years from the organization.
The newspaper, with a staff of 30, publishes 14 issues a year under the guidance of Olga Briseno.
