Kosovo

Are the U.S. government and the EU again going to stand aside as Serbs commit the same type of horrendous atrocities in Kosovo as they committed previously in Croatia and Bosnia? Is again the wringing of hands and useless threats of worthless sanctions on Serbia--which did not change anything before--the only response to Serb aggression and barbarism?

It is not enough to just warn Slobodan Milosevic, since the Serb opposition parties as well as most of the Serb population are in favor of these killings. What kind of people are these Serbs? And worse, what kind of people are the leaders of the Western governments who permit this kind of barbarism to be carried out?
