Kevin Hanson
Ocean View, Senior; Basketball/Center
Hanson had 21 points and 16 rebounds to lead Ocean View past Barstow in the Southern Section Division III-AA final, 59-47. Hanson made eight of 11 shots from the field and was disruptive on defense. He blocked five shots, helping to force Barstow into a 17-for-67 (25%) field-goal shooting performance.

* Santa Margarita, senior. Scored his 21st goal in 1-0 overtime semifinal victory over Servite and his 22nd goal in 3-0 victory over Cathedral City in the Southern Section Division III final.
Craig Rice/Basketball/Guard
* Santa Margarita, senior. Had 15 points and 10 rebounds to help the Eagles defeat Compton, 71-57, in the Division II-AA title game.
Josh Saul/Wrestling
* Calvary Chapel, senior. Helped Eagles win their fifth state title in the ‘90s by reaching the 215-pound final.
