Freshman Chris Briney became the first Camarillo High golfer in at least seven years to make a hole-in-one during competition. Seventh-year Scorpion Coach Bill Dowden said Briney aced the 183-yard, par-three 13th hole at Las Posas Country Club in his first high school competition on March 3. Briney went on to shoot a 90.
