17-Year-Old Girl Raped by Kidnapper

A 17-year-old girl was kidnapped, taken to a remote commercial complex and raped early Tuesday by a man who said he had a gun, according to police.
The victim was walking west on Carbon Canyon Road toward Valencia Avenue at 1:45 a.m. when she was approached by a man in a dark-colored, American-made pickup, Brea Det. Don Willie said.
The assailant said he had a gun and ordered the girl to get into his truck. He drove her to an unidentified commercial building, where he raped her.
The rapist released the girl and then fled the scene, Willie said.
