Two young men were stabbed early Saturday after a gang described as skinheads crashed a party in east Ventura, police said.
The two victims, ages 17 and 21, both of Ventura, were at a small gathering when five men and two women entered the party uninvited and a fight broke out about 1:45 a.m., police said.
The intruders were asked to leave but refused, and one struck the 17-year-old in the head with a metal object, police said. The 17-year-old was then stabbed several times as he lay on the ground. The 21-year-old was stabbed as the attackers fled.
Both victims were taken to Ventura County Medical Center. Their injuries were not considered life-threatening, said Ventura Police Officer Paul Lambert.
No arrests were reported by Saturday night.
