GolfGear to Buy Rugg Line of Accessories

HUNTINGTON BEACH — GolfGear International Inc. said it has agreed to buy the golf accessories business of Costa Mesa designer Doug Rugg. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Rugg designs a line of executive golf bags for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and the Big Canyon Country Club in Newport Beach. Rugg will design a line of golf bags, sunglasses and other accessories for GolfGear, a golf club designer.
