Outbound Services Bought by Texas-Based Tanknology

Tanknology-NDE International Inc. said Wednesday that it acquired Outbound Services Inc., a Laguna Hills-based provider of facilities maintenance management services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Outbound serves national restaurant chains, convenience stores, service stations and other retail facilities. The company’s 1997 revenue was in excess of $2.5 million.
Outbound will continue current operations as a subsidiary of Tanknology, which is based in Austin, Texas.
