Fireplace Manufacturers Sold

A privately held Kentucky firm has completed its acquisition of Fireplace Manufacturers Inc., a Santa Ana manufacturer of metal fireplaces. Desa International, which makes indoor and outdoor heating and home security products, will pay $7.14 per share for Fireplace, the Santa Ana company said Wednesday.
